a world of difference assembly writing

Today we went to the hall for assembly. The teachers were gonna show a video or just act it out to show what we will be doing for term 3. The first team to go up was team 1. There one was about what different things other schools do compared to our school. Like what they eat and what we eat and see the differences. Then the second team went up which was team 2. There one was about exploring so they did a Dora based video. Then it was team 3. there one was based on the amazing race. They made a video of them exploring the world. Then it was team 4's turn. There one was researching the food that they were eating and seeing where it came from. Then it was team 5's turn. Our one is based on myths and legends. The team 5 teachers did a performance of sina and the eel. The story was great. There were some sad bits and some good ones. The ending was heartwarming for me. Then the assembly ended then we all went back to our class room.

4 ideas of how to be a good host.

Being an excellent host is important in my family even though they tell you to sit somewhere else for people that are coming. Today I will be showing you how to be a good host when surprise visitors come to your house.

Okay first thing. You have to welcome your guests so they know that you do what them in your home. Okay when you welcome them in your house you have to have something prepared for your guest like food I will explain it in the next information.

Second thing to how to be a good host is by having some food prepared for your guest. If you offer them food and they say no thanks you still have to offer it to them because you’re being generous to them and that's how you be an excellent host.

Being a wonderful host is like if you break the window of your house and your parents get angry at you. Then some unexpected family members come, you gotta act like nothing happens. You gotta act like you weren’t angry and anything like that because your family members don't know what to see angry. Because they want you to be glad that they came to visit you. And that my third element of how to be a wonderful host for your family members.

Okay fourth thing before you invite your family members into your house it has to be clean. If you’re like my family we always chuck the toy clothes in the closets because it’s an easier way to do it. And there's no space to put it in. so always clean up your house because you don't know what your family members to be sitting next to rubbish and toys because it will be rude if you do that. So always keep your house clean for your guests and family members.

Keeping to the rules is by following it even if you're too happy to even look. Here is an example and this one is about me. During the holidays I went swimming with my family and having a BBQ with my cousin's family. I love swimming but I didn’t notice that  I was swimming so far that I couldn't even see my family then I started swimming back. When I got to my mum she was looking for a place to wonder where she was gone. That’s why you should follow the rules because your parents might be wondering where you were. So thats my example.    

Rules are everywhere no matter what you have to follow the rules. Rules are like law. If you don’t follow the law you could end up in jail or even prison. The law is like rules much more important. Rules is just to keep people safe so that’s why you should follow the rules are also made to keep safe sp follow the rules and the law.

the week at camp

My writing is going to be about my four days at camp. And what we did at camp and the food we ate. And what cool stuff we did.
At camp the activities was fun we went sailing kayaking and much more. I slept in cabin J with Jermaine, tj, antzel and siakupega. We had to stay at camp for four days.
My highlights was abseiling with MR salima. Abseiling is when you have to climb up a tower and then get down with a rope attached to are harnise and we have to slowly get down but I was jumping down.
My other highlight was sailing and kayaking. Sailing was amazing and we had to sail back and forth. And we had to kayak around stingray but we didn’t see any but it was scary because if you scare the stingray it will jump out of the water sting in the face.
I will like to say thank you to MR salima for being apart of betzon A and to Mr right and miss parrant for teaching us are dance for the camp concert and getting us to second place so thank you
I learned that I was good at climbing when I did the concourse. It was when I did the first challenge and I was a cheile good at it. I was speeding through challenge 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5. and we went to camp betzon and and we went there on the 19th November and we came back on the 23th November. and we went to kawau island look it up on the map.
